"I got into Bocconi University and started looking for an apartment early in the summer. Honestly, I didn’t think renting in Milan could be that complicated, but after weeks of searching and no real results, I realized how wrong I was. Then I found Mihouz and they understood exactly what I needed and helped me find a place that truly felt right and fast."

"When our son Ian needed an apartment in Milan, we quickly realized how complicated it was to understand the rental system and manage everything from abroad. After trying on our own for a while, we decided to work with Mihouz, and honestly it was the best decision we made. As a mother, my son is the most precious thing in my life, and what I needed the most during this process was peace of mind. Knowing he would be living in another country made everything feel even more important. Davide really helped us feel calmer and more confident that Ian was in good hands and that we were making the right decisions. Davide was always very responsive, clear in his communication, and extremely responsible. What we appreciated the most was how involved he was throughout the whole process. He was always checking in and making sure everything was moving in the right direction. Finding an apartment in another country can be stressful, especially when you are not familiar with how things work locally, but Davide made the whole experience much easier for us and for our son. We are very grateful for his help and would definitely recommend Mihouz to other families looking for an apartment in Milan."

"Finding a home in Milan is never easy especially when you know just how complicated the bureaucracy can get. I was fully aware of that, but with my career taking off and barely any time to spare, I couldn’t manage viewings, contracts, and paperwork on my own. Thankfully, Mihouz was the support I needed, allowing me to focus on building my future while they handled everything else with care and professionalism."

"When my son was applying to a university in Milan, we faced a serious challenge finding housing. Dorms were already full, and we learned that most students end up renting apartments anyway. So, we tried to find an apartment in Milan on our own, but quickly realized there were many nuances. For example, the language barrier—most landlords don’t speak English and you can’t find an apartment without intermediaries because Italians prefer to rent out through agencies. Then realtors work quite slowly and, unfortunately, often don’t take our requirements into account. After trying several real estate agencies, we finally found Mihouz consulting, which took all our preferences into account and was able to offer us options that matched our requirements regarding location, price, and apartment condition. Plus, they speak three languages: Italian, English, and Russian. However, what I valued the most was that they immediately provided a video review showing the apartment’s current condition, not what it looked like 10 years ago. As the mother of a student traveling to Europe for the first time, who doesn’t know the ins and outs of proper lease agreements and other bureaucratic matters, it was essential for me to protect both my son and myself from shady landlords and unfavorable lease terms. We regularly consulted with the team at Mihouz, receiving answers to our questions whenever we needed them. Mihouz also advised us on purchasing property in Milan because, considering the high rental costs, we naturally wondered: would it be easier to buy a small property in Milan instead of spending large sums on rent? We’re still in contact with Davide and Assel because we know we’ll get reliable information and high-quality support from them. Highly recommend them!"
